As a committed leader within System Engineering, you will help guide engineers in their career advancement as well as push development initiatives and best practices across the discipline. We also expect all our leaders to set positive examples for working across boundaries, helping out others, and celebrating successes to create the ideal culture and work environment for our teams to thrive in.
