Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of both indoor and outdoor spaces within our properties. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the site and its grounds are aesthetically pleasing, safe, and well-maintained for our staff and visitors at all times.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Landscape Maintenance including mowing lawns, trimming edges, pruning shrubs, clearing gutters, and weeding
• Irrigation Systems: watering of plants, lawns, and gardens,
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform general repairs and maintenance as requested
• Pest and Weed Control
• Equipment Maintenance
• Waste Management: Collect and dispose of green waste, litter, and other debris
• Seasonal Tasks: Assist with seasonal tasks such as planting, mulching and leaf removal
• Communicate with the National Facilities Manager to address all maintenance issues, report any hazards or concerns, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
