Your role as Group Account Director is one of leadership and example, as you take a senior management position within the agency by inspiring your team to provide commercial and creative solutions for our clients. You are responsible for leading client relationships and strategic business recommendations across a portfolio of accounts. And you will manage profitability on your assigned clients within the agency as well as proactively seeking to build new business opportunities through cross selling and new client acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the overall client relationships and understanding their business (and competitors) inside out
- Leading strategic recommendations and direction for your clients
- Evaluating creative work and providing constructive feedback to the teams
- Leading client meetings and presenting work in collaboration with the wider team.
- Managing the client’s budgets effectively, supporting agency revenue and growth.
- Actively seeking to grow existing business and mining for new business opportunities.
- Ensuring the timely development and execution of all plans, campaigns and projects for your clients
- Continually pushing for the best work and elevating the level of craft produced by the teams.
