Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Support

  • Support to HRBPs and the business in the creation of short- and long-term plans to enhance current capability using applicable culture, talent and leadership development methodologies, tools and solutions. Ensure the impact of development solutions is linked to measurable business goals and aligned with Our Principles.

Build Solutions

  • Assist in creating innovative and experiential talent development solutions incorporating digital learning where applicable. This will include talent and leadership development frameworks and programmes for a global multinational workforce, as well as bespoke interventions and solutions for specific business units or teams.
  • Assist in ensuring an evaluation strategy for targeted knowledge and skills (normative and summative) is formulated and subsequently implemented.
  • Support and lead with minimal supervision in talent and leadership development solutions to foster a mindset of continuous learning amongst business leaders and employees (virtual and in person).
  • Support and assist in collaborating with and evaluating the output of external parties/ vendors when applicable to ensure talent and leadership development solutions are designed in line with DPW standards and meet the desired learning outcomes using latest talent and leadership development trends research, and methodologies.
  • Supervise and support in building toolkits, curating resources for leaders to access for their development with minimal supervision. Support and encourage leaders to generate talent development content.

Implement Solutions

  • Support Manager- Talent & Leadership to manage and track the implementation of Talent and leadership development practices and solutions through a pool of trusted partners including external providers and internal resources.
  • Facilitate Talent, leadership development solutions to a high standard, creating memorable learning experiences.
  • Will be supported to confidently provide coaching and support to different levels of leaders in using various knowledge, tools, and resources to create on-the-job and social development experiences.
  • Ensure latest and updated development plans are in place for the talent population.

Measure Value

  • Support and develop in evaluating the impact of Talent and leadership, development solutions. Create metrics and dashboards, share these with HR and business units.
  • Use data and research to create a structured review process of Talent & leadership development offerings.

Data Analytics

  • Maintain database of talent information, partner with the regions, BU and Functions to ensure updated talent information and regular talent reporting and reviews. Supporting business stakeholders in their talent decisions.
  • Producing and preparing progress reports and annual reports as per business requirements

Support a Learning Culture

  • With supervision, partner with HRBP’s and business to create a culture of growth. This includes encouraging employees to take ownership of their own development and arming line managers with the skills to support employee development.

  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policiesPerform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Qualification in Learning and Development, Adult Learning, HR or equivalent at minimum Bachelor’s level, Masters level is preferable.
  • Organisational Change Management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supporting or managing a full range of talent, leadership development and/or culture activities.
  • Proven track record of supporting, supervising, or managing and delivering talent, leadership, culture and/or learning programmes at different levels.
  • Coaching Qualification is highly desirable.
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a multicultural environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills – influence, negotiation, and communication.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods at short notice.
  • Ability to communicate multilingually is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work with a wide array of tech tools.
  • Highly innovative approaches to drive results are necessary.

Increase Leadership, Talent and Culture capability in DP World by supporting in creating and implementing innovative impactful Talent Management and Leadership Development programmes and practices aligned with DP World’s mission, vision, and Our Principles.
