Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead business planning, operations management, and financial strategy development.
- Manage productivity, employee performance, and operational efficiency, leveraging strong analytical skills.
- Oversee comprehensive budgeting, including invoicing and collections processes across multiple entities.
- Utilize a robust finance background to guide financial planning and investment strategies.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
- Solve complex problems and drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems to optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Achieve measurable results by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and adapting strategies as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in business planning, operations management, and financial oversight.
- Strong understanding of the GCC business environment is advantageous.
- Expertise in employee productivity management and operational optimization.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and budget forecasting.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of strategic decision-making.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to build and optimize SOPs and operational systems.
