JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead business planning, operations management, and financial strategy development.
• Manage productivity, employee performance, and operational efficiency, leveraging strong analytical skills.
• Oversee comprehensive budgeting, including invoicing and collections processes across multiple entities.
• Utilize a robust finance background to guide financial planning and investment strategies.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
• Solve complex problems and drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems to optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Achieve measurable results by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and adapting strategies as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in business planning, operations management, and financial oversight.
• Strong understanding of the GCC business environment is advantageous.
• Expertise in employee productivity management and operational optimization.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and budget forecasting.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of strategic decision-making.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to build and optimize SOPs and operational systems.
