• Lead the development of Management and Graduate Programmes, shaping the future of our talented teams.
• Guide and develop HR Managers within the group to ensure a cohesive and high-performing workforce.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, navigating through Irish legislation with finesse and expertise.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in training and developing teams, harnessing the potential of each individual.
• A natural communicator with the ability to inspire and lead by example, fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
• A strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach, able to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
• Competent understanding of Irish legislation pertaining to HR, ensuring compliance and best practices across the group.
• Previous experience in a senior HR role within the hospitality and tourism sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of its unique dynamics.
