Responsibilities:
With joint reporting to line directly to the Group CEO, you will be working directly with the business leaders & decision makers for this ambitious and creative business.
Your key objectives will be to improve business decision making, provide key commercial insights and uplift capability in finance. Managing an existing team and supporting senior leadership to improve the growth prospects of the business will be key to your success.
Duties and key objectives include;
- Provide high quality Budgeting, Forecasting and Analytical capabilities for management.
- Monitor and review financial performance; provide key insights and provide impactful commentary.
- Partner with senior leadership and key operational stakeholders to ensure sound decision making on commercial contracts, pricing and business cases.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly reporting, financial statements and chart of accounts by overseeing the finance teams output and work quality
- Identify areas for process improvement in areas such as billing, reporting and month end processes.
- Provide key leadership to existing finance team including development opportunities.
- Leverage existing technology and suggest potential improvements for existing systems improvements.
