THE ROLE

The Analytics team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
We’re seeking a dynamic Group Gaming Analytics Manager to join our team and drive data-lead insights and optimisation across our organisation.
As the Group Gaming Analytics Manager, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders including the Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Committee, internal business units, and external vendors to identify opportunities through analysis, enhance operational efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with business unit stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance revenue and optimise efficiencies.
  • Develop standards and data collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting pipelines.
  • Lead the delivery of gaming and customer reporting/insights suitable for consumption by key stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical review on potential new business streams and income diversification.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives based on an understanding of market and industry trends.
