OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent. Leading a dynamic team, you will enhance our employer brand and solidify our position as an employer of choice within the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the entire talent acquisition process, including developing and implementing the Group talent acquisition team, building talent pipelines, and play a key role in shaping our resource requirements to meet the Sureserve Group’s objectives.
- Develop Resource plans by anticipating the Group’s future resource requirements, to ensure that the recruitment strategies are in place will help to sustain the company’s future growth
- Support and develop the Sureserve group’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to identify the key differentiators and develop employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns to drive candidate engagement and boost the Group’s employer brand.
- Lead, develop, motivate, and build an internal talent acquisition team with a strong talent acquisition focus, ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse candidates, by continually improving the candidate experience.
- Leverage data analytics to inform recruitment decisions and improve outcomes.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion principles are embedded into every aspect of the recruitment process.
