GROUP HEAD OF TALENT, PERFORMANCE & CULTURE

Location: Central London
Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Group Head of Talent, Performance & Culture to join our HR team, sat within the Group Central Support.
As a member of the central support HR team in our London headquarters, we are looking for someone to work alongside the Chief Human Resources Officer

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Significant progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management or related HR roles, with proven experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global talent strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and experience driving DEI initiatives within talent management processes.
  • A commitment to and experience of well-being at work and developing a healthy workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with a track record of using data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure success.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, with a growth mindset and a willingness to adapt to change.
