An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Human Resources Manager. Although the role will be based at our Head Office location in Parsons Green, West London.
The role itself is to lead the entire group on all things Human Resources. This is an exciting position, and for the right person this role would be a great opportunity to roll your sleeves up and really dig into the business to see where you can add some HR value. This role would also require you to support with HR queries from Switzerland, The Bahamas as well as the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall group HR function to meet business objective and strategy, oversee the full cycle of HR to comply with local legislation and adhere to group HR policies and procedures;
- Partner with all hotel General Managers and Senior Managers at Head Office to provide specialised HR support (policy procedure, performance review, absence management and disciplinary grievance etc.) to close performance gap;
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for management positions from job advertising, screening, interview to final offer stage;
- Be the main point of contact for our TA system Fourth Hospitality, offer technical and training support to managers to improve labour management efficiency, liaise with support team on snagging issues;
- Work with our external partners to ensure that employee relations are consistent, handled with care and time sensitive.
- Manage day to day HR administration, including contracts, pay benefits, promotion transfer, turnover reports, rewards recognition etc
- Manage oversees recruitment including allocaton of certificates of sponsorship.
