• Salary range : between $63 400 and $79 000
  Reporting to the Director, Consulting, the Group Insurance Consultant will serve clients, including by presenting renewal conditions, holding training meetings and information sessions and paying courtesy visits to support group leaders with problem solving. The incumbent will also support the development of new business.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree (administration, finance, marketing, etc.) or 5 years of experience in group insurance
• Certificate as representative in group insurance of persons from the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist
• Very good knowledge of benefits legislation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• The candidate will have to frequently travel and a car with a valid license is essential
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate judgment, integrity and honesty
• Ability to protect confidential information
• Professionalism, resourcefulness and ability to work independently
