WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Minimum two years experience working in an IT environment.
  • Administration of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, O365 including Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint Online.
  • Administration of Active Directory & Group Policy.
  • Experience supporting a large number of users across multiple sites.
  • Experience of:oMicrosoft Windows 7, 10 and Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).oGeneral desktop and office IT equipment troubleshooting.oSetting up IT Accounts & desktop & laptop builds.

Desirable

  • Experience of manufacturing industry.
  • Experience of ERP systems.
  • Data Centre and Cloud based infrastructure.
  • Firewall configuration
  • Virtual Server configuration.
  • WAN, network maintenance and configuration.Citrix.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a keen IT professional looking to take the next step in their career as we continue to improve IT services and infrastructure across the organisation.

Largely focused on (but not limited to) Microsoft Enterprise Software and associated hardware and infrastructure, the role will directly assist in improving and expanding the use of IT systems to deliver positive business change, the core role purpose being:

  • To provide a high-quality level of support and advice to users and troubleshooting a variety of IT related issues across multiple platforms.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation to support IT related processes and procedures.
  • Working on IT projects, providing technical input and carrying out project tasks.
