ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group Executive, the Group Manager, Legal will provide corporate advisory, company secretarial, governance and regulatory advice to the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the as Deputy Company Secretary, including Board reporting, advisory and ASX Listing Rules compliance.
• ESG and Sustainability Reporting.
• Privacy and cybersecurity.

• Regulatory compliance.Corporate advisory and transactional matters (including mergers and acquisitions, divestments, takeovers, restructures, and finance).
