Reporting to the CEO, as the Corporate Services Group Manager and Company Secretary, provide strategic leadership in financial and corporate governance collaborating with the Leadership team supporting WCIG’s mission and strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership and Collaboration: Provide strategic leadership, advising the CEO and Board on financial management and corporate governance.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Compliance and Governance: Fulfil the role of Company Secretary, overseeing corporate compliance activities, Board functions, and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to legal and constitutional obligations.
  • Performance Management and Budgeting: Lead the Corporate Services Unit, managing performance, budgeting and resource planning to achieve strategic goals.
  • Inclusive Leadership: Promote inclusive leadership behaviour, fostering a culture of equality and promoting high individual performance and organisational growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and represent WCIG at external forums.
  • Quality Management: Establish and maintain effective quality management systems to uphold organisational standards and accreditation requirements across WCIG.
  • Operational Management: Oversee operation of finance, administration, and infrastructure services.
  • Information Technology: Design and implement an IT strategy.
  • Risk Management: Implement and evaluate risk framework .
  • Workplace Health Safety: Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing, promoting proactive health and safety behaviours and compliance with WH&S policies and procedures.
