We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Group Office Team Manager & Executive Assistant to join our energetic team in Helsinki! Our Office team is responsible for office outlook, general office management responsibilities and administrational responsibilities in our local offices. Your role is to manage the day-to-day operations of our international Office team. Addition to this you will work closely with our CEO by providing administrative support. Ideally you are highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoy helping others to succeed! In this role you are in close contact with our market leaders in each country to ensure a great atmosphere and structures in all our offices around Europe!

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Working as a Manager to our Office coordinator team of 3 and leading by example
  • Internal Activity and Event Coordination: Take ownership of planning and executing internal annual office activities in each local office and at the Group level
  • Eyes and Ears: Act as a liaison between management and staff, observing and fostering group-level motivation and spirit.
  • Craft a Thriving workplace: You have eye for office culture to exceed expectations for creating welcoming and our looking environment in our offices
  • Office Management & Administration: Ensuring impact of smooth practices and structures
  • Budgeting: Manage office and internal activity budgets to meet established targets.
  • Executive assistant: Being executive support for our CEO with weekly practicalities.
