YOUR TEAM
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
You will join the Group Operational Risk Management team, where you will be involved in monitoring the Pictet Group’s risks.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the developement of a coherent and smart framework (proactive, uniform and integrated) for managing risks within the Group, including requirements for a sound internal control system. The role will also be responsible for acting as Product Owner for the Group GRC tool.
- Overseeing the adequate and effective implementation of the framework across the Group.
- Supporting the implementation of a strong first line of defence through risk awareness and challenging of risk management and internal control practices (e.g. RCSA, risk events, issues and actions management).
- Undertaking ad hoc thematic reviews or special investigations whenever appropriate or requested.
- Providing Group management and the governing bodies with information on the risks facing the Group and on mitigating action.
- Compiling risk maps, risk profiling and risk appetite statements for the Pictet Group.
- Identifying trends and emerging risks to which the Group might be exposed.
- Holding regular exchanges with the risk managers of the business lines.
- Having in-depth knowledge of the different business models employed by the business lines.
- Supporting risk management digital and data analytics initiatives.
- Coordinating risk management activities proactively with overseas risk management teams.
