Responsibilities:

  • Define a mission and strategy for a group of teams whose work enables the most critical workflows and features at DeepL
  • Foster an autonomous culture where PMs contribute to product strategy and own decision making with their team
  • Ensure transparent communication of goals, results and impact
  • Establish true partnerships with your counterparts in Engineering, Research and Design set product and technology goals and roadmap
  • Maintain open and efficient communication with stakeholders across the organization
  • Own the product life cycle and drive measurable business impact
  • Drive adoption of new methodology and techniques that accelerate impact across the business
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure and report progress and impact of your teams
  • Ensure the maximum Return on Investment for your teams by displaying and teaching expertise of craft
  • Communicate strategy, ideas and concepts clearly, aimed at the right audience, with the help of insight and data
  • Identify opportunities for new features and products that leverage the global scale of our user base and data
