Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define a mission and strategy for a group of teams that drives impact for a key part of the customer journey
  • Foster an autonomous culture where PMs contribute to product strategy and own decision making with their team
  • Transparent communication of goals, results and impact
  • Establish true partnerships with your Engineering and Design Lead counterparts to set product, design and technology goals and roadmap
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to GTM launch and driving measurable business impact
  • Drive adoption of new methodology and techniques that accelerate impact across the business
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure and report progress and impact of your teams
  • Ensure the maximum Return on Investment for your teams by displaying and teaching expertise of craft
  • Communicate strategy, ideas and concepts clearly, aimed at the right audience, with the help of insight

and data

  • Identify opportunities for new features and products that leverage the global scale of our user base and data
  • Analysing the wider business and influencing company strategy
