Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define a mission and strategy for a group of teams that drives impact for a key part of the customer journey
- Foster an autonomous culture where PMs contribute to product strategy and own decision making with their team
- Transparent communication of goals, results and impact
- Establish true partnerships with your Engineering and Design Lead counterparts to set product, design and technology goals and roadmap
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to GTM launch and driving measurable business impact
- Drive adoption of new methodology and techniques that accelerate impact across the business
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure and report progress and impact of your teams
- Ensure the maximum Return on Investment for your teams by displaying and teaching expertise of craft
- Communicate strategy, ideas and concepts clearly, aimed at the right audience, with the help of insight
and data
- Identify opportunities for new features and products that leverage the global scale of our user base and data
- Analysing the wider business and influencing company strategy
