About the Role
As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a team to develop and execute product strategies, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and contribute to the overall business growth.
LexisNexis InterAction, the leading client relationship platform for law and professional services firms, is seeking a Group Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in product management, experience leading complex B2B SaaS-based enterprise products (CRM experience a plus), and a demonstrated capability to drive product strategy and lead and develop people.
The Group Product Manager will own a smaller product or multiple product features within a complex product and lead product domain strategy and program execution. In addition, he/she will represent product domain(s) to peers, managers and executives across company and to external audiences. This individual will also manage people, with responsibility for their recruitment and development, and informally lead cross-functional team members instilling a focus on the delivery of commercially successful products.

Responsibilities

  • Coaches team members to develop a strategic view of the business and how to evaluate and size market opportunities.
  • Understanding of customer use cases.
  • Leveraging analytics and other insights to better understand customer needs.
  • Rallying the cross functional team around customer needs and processes needed to refine them.
  • Segments markets and understands needs of those sub-segments in greater detail.
  • Maintaining close contact with customers
  • Understanding competitors and regulatory environment.

Requirements

  • Able to develop and execute a business-case level investment.
  • Track record of hiring and managing people
  • Experience with CRM products
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment
