YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day reservation office activities
- Work with and take direction from the Commercial Leadership Team to achieve and surpass financial targets
- Complete end of day productivity and sales reports to analyse and improve results
- Recruit, coach, train and support the CRO team to create a cohesive and motivated team
- Deliver monthly performance reviews and set clear objectives to improve performance to achieve team excellence
- Develop a clear and effective process for dealing with complaints and then reviewing to improve overall performance
- Constant oversight of standards in accurate data entry, record-keeping and auditing, to eliminate errors and guarantee outstanding service delivery to guests
