GROUP SALES MANAGER – FIELD BASED (REMOTE)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Sales Manager to join our team and lead our Customer Relationship Managers to continue growth and success across our 21 homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to make a significant impact on our business objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive occupancy, increase average weekly fees, and enhance brand visibility

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the business objectives of Caring Homes. Collaborate with the leadership team to set annual goals and objectives and provide regular updates on progress and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales activities. Train and develop the team to keep them informed of industry trends and best practices.
  • Enquiries and Conversion: Design and implement effective lead generation strategies to increase enquiries, show rounds, and admissions.
  • CRM System: Ensuring its effective use to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources efficiently and providing regular reports to the executive team.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. Analyse resident feedback and market data to refine sales strategies.
