About The Role
Full-Time
This position is responsible for assisting the centralised Care and Lifestyle Team in providing support to the wider Aegis Group, enabling the delivery of high-quality Therapy and Lifestyle Services to our deserving Residents. The role with include both a practical, hands-on approach by providing support across the group, guiding, and assisting Resident Lifestyle Officers in their development and service delivery. As well as assisting with pivotal Care and Lifestyle administrative tasks centrally.
This role is a Permanent fulltime 76 hours per fortnight. A pool car will be made available for any work-related travel.
This varied role will include but will not be limited to, the following duties:
- Supporting the development and implementation of centralised lifestyle resources.
- Supporting the coordination and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives across the group.
- Providing Facility support including the induction and onboarding of new Resident Lifestyle Officers and Accreditation preparation.
Administrative tasks such as:
- Social activity engagement audits.
- Meeting and training coordination, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Annual leave rostering and coordination.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate III in Aged Care (Desirable but not essential).
- A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent/higher or experience. (Desirable but not essential)
- Proven experience in the coordination of enjoyable lifestyle programs in Aged Care.
- Passion for delivering quality customer service and excellent relationship building skills.
- High levels of accuracy and data entry skills.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, the following skills and attributes are desirable:
- Experience as a Resident Lifestyle Officer or similar (Lifestyle Co-Ordinator).
- Proven skills, commitment, enthusiasm, and motivation for the delivery of Resident focussed quality lifestyle services.
- A passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, of applications and computer-based skills
