GroupM | Marketing Automation and Email Marketing Internship

We are looking for an intern in the field of Marketing Automation and Email Marketing to join our Digital Experience Acceleration team.
The candidate will support the team of consultants working on CRM projects that use marketing automation and email marketing as activation channels. The CRM team is part of the Digital Experience business unit that works on projects to design and implement customer experience on CRM and eCommerce platforms for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s and/or postgraduate degree in Economics/Marketing/Digital/Communication,
• Basic knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and in relationship management, attention to detail, respect for deadlines and proactivity in proposing new ideas
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
• Fluent English (written/read/spoken)
• Bold, goal-oriented and ready to face challenging contexts
• Plus: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Plus: template personalization languages (AmpScript, Python)
• Plus: knowledge of query languages such as SQL
