Description:
FIXED TERM - 1 YEAR WITH STRONG POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION
Are you a highly organised and experienced administrator and used to working in a complex fast-paced environment? We are seeking a driven, motivated and adaptive administrator who is motivated by the importance of research in an institution helping to make the world a better place.
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
- Previous experience and track-record of administration and ideally in supporting large programmes or departments
- Outstanding organisation, planning and administration skills with technical experience of using tools to provide accurate meeting notes; actions and minutes for example
- Experience of working in a team and with people from different professional disciplines - including supporting senior staff
- Good written and excellent oral communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Initiative, judgment, and willingness to resolve our day-to-day challenges independently, with a proactive approach to finding solutionsHighly developed time-management skills, with applied experience of dealing with conflicting demands and prioritising your workload and the workload of colleagues - in a changing and fast-paced environment.
