You are a tech-savvy and data-driven person with a firm understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
You are a problem solver who enjoys diving into data, is excited about testing and learning from results, and has a passion for translating insights into high-growth strategies. You find yourself comfortable exploring new topics and areas and thrive on experimentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Define and implement tests to identify the most effective strategies and website elements that contribute to higher conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on conversion analysis, test results, and strategy recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, copywriters, and web developers, to ensure the successful implementation of new features or campaigns.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence, managing multiple client projects with agility and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Study the market and competition to identify new growth strategies and trends that help our clients grow their KPIs.
  • Deploy Google Tag Manager to enhance tracking configurations for Google Analytics and various advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of UX/UI design best practices.
  • Profound understanding of advertising platforms, including the ability to autonomously establish and manage campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and website data tracking.
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests, user research, and usability testing.
  • Experience in marketing automation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in a performance marketing or CRO team.
  • Excellent English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
