THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an all-star Growth Manager to join us in our mission to change the pet wellness game, and help our furry friends live out their best lives. You will sit within our Product team, and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our Product Managers, Customer Experience Managers, Lifecyle Marketing Managers and Performance Marketers to strategise, plan and drive forward our growth initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years experience in growth marketing, growth product management or similar
  • Live and breathe data analysis and problem-solving; have experience making decisions based on analytical insights
  • Be an Excel master, with knowledge of SQL/ Tableau/ website analytics tools a plus
  • Solid project management skills: the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Strong leadership skills, experience managing stakeholders, influencing and holding teams accountable to hit ambitious growth targets
  • Have an experimental yet strategic mindset, extremely focused on delivering results; be a self starter who’s comfortable with failure
  • A broad knowledge of performance marketing and product management
  • Sound commercial acumen and business knowledge with the ability to learn Lyka’s business and revenue drivers from head to tail
  • Finally, you must love dogs!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the short-term and long-term growth strategies aligned to the company’s growth and revenue targets
  • Drive a cross-functional team across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Engineering to reach growth goals
  • Run a methodical process involving cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, size and prioritise growth initiatives, implement experiments, evaluate results and draw learnings
  • Work with Data Analytics to develop real-time reports and statistical models, analysing data to draw insights from initiative performance
  • Leverage data-driven insights to shape the growth strategy and tactics
  • Prepare and present recommendations and findings from growth initiatives all the way up to the executive level
  • Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles while at the workplace
