Description:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our office in Darmstadt.

Responsibilities:

  • Personally overseeing the posting schedules and content management across Inheaden social media channels and ensuring the timely publishing of content
  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns, experimenting with new marketing channels, and testing different tactics to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyzing metrics such as conversion rates, acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value to identify areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with all teams across all domains to ensure that their marketing strategies align with the overall goals of the company.
  • Brainstorming content ideas and collaborating with the marketing team designer to bring these ideas to life
  • Analyze content performance and pivot strategy accordingly to obtain the best results
  • Community engagement in the form of responding to comments across all platforms
  • Improving Google SEO ranking and organic ranking
  • Reporting regularly on the success of marketing efforts and making recommendations for improvement based on the findings
  • Generating inbound-marketing leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns and smart funnels
  • Engaging, Replying and communicating with Clients, Partners, Suppliers, Community, Team Members and Fans through E-Mails, Surveys and Social Media according to our tone of voice
  • Improving public relations and reach out and engage actively to marketing partnerships and other accounts.

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years experience as a growth marketer
  • 3+ years experience with analyzing content performance and optimization
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and Instagram posting
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google ads
  • Data Analysis
  • Experience with CRMs and Lead Gen tools
  • Creative problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and preferably German
  • Knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics, including user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention marketing, and the ability to effectively implement these tactics to drive growth
