- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated success in B2C/B2B marketing, with a strong track record of impactful KPIs and metrics monitoring
- Functional Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional, international campaign projects and developing effective marketing funnel strategies
- Creative Innovator: A visionary thinker who constantly seeks new ways to enhance our brand and outshine the competition
- Excellent Communicator: Fluent in German or Dutch and English, with exceptional communication skills to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders

- Strategic Development: Create and execute data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns to elevate our brand awareness and customer acquisition efforts
- Account-Based Marketing: Partner with enterprise customers to deliver tailored marketing solutions and build lasting relationships
- Sales Collaboration: Align with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and optimal representation of our brand
- Channel Optimization: Identify and leverage the most effective marketing channels and content for maximum campaign reach, focusing on conversion rate optimization and marketing funnel strategy
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear goals and KPIs, then monitor and optimize campaign performance using your expertise in metrics and analytics
