Workplace Operations enables the many co-workers to develop our product range in a functional, safe and inspiring workplace. You will be important in our journey where we have decided to dare to be IKEA, simplify and optimize for relevance when creating pre-conditions for our business to have the best possible products at lowest possible price.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The annual event Business Plan Focus Weeks has changed to; Growth Plan Focus Weeks (Exhibition at IKEA1).
The overall purpose of the IKEA Growth Plan Focus Weeks (GPFW) is to create mobilization, understanding and inspiration around the IKEA Growth Plan – and to give the participants all they need to implement the shared content with impact in their markets. Therefore, the focus of what is shared during the weeks is the deliverables connected to the four blocks of the Growth Plan (range, omni experience, our people, and commercial activation). One major part of this is the physical exhibition we yearly build with both products from our current range but also with new products that we will offer our customers in the future.
The Growth Plan Focus Weeks are also about coming together in Älmhult, to meet and interact and to experience the IKEA product range which is at the very core of the IKEA Growth Plan and of what IKEA stands for.
Right now, we are looking for additional 3 co-workers for this project. This is a temporary employment - the time period for this role is between week 33-45.
