Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS from a top-tier university with outstanding academic achievements, preferably in Business, Finance or other qualified achievement
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy; experience in e-commerce or a platform-based tech start-up would be advantageous
  • Highly analytical and structured thinking, a passion for numbers and problem-solving, and a strong ability to think creatively
  • Able to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus

YOUR HEROIC SKILLS:

  • You’ve gained 5 years of professional experience within inbound online marketing on web and app.
  • You managed campaigns for ideally at least 4 of the following channels (SEM, ASA, ACI/UAC, ASO, SEO)
  • Mandatory: You have experience in both web and app acquisition campaigns
  • You are an expert in web and app attribution and familiar ad privacy impacts.
  • You have gained experience in incrementality testing.
  • You have a university degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering or similar field
  • Experience with affiliate marketing would be a plus but is not mandatory.
  • You understand attribution models and their limitations
  • You understand how to hire, motivate, and retain a team.
  • You are used to breaking down complex problems into a clear structure
  • You are used to producing business analysis that the firm can rely on
  • You are a great communicator, highly motivated, with a hands-on mentality
  • You have lead projects, instructed teams and managed various stakeholders
  • You are curious and interested in the latest trends & technologies
  • You are data-driven and can identify automation opportunities (smart bidding, feeds..)
  • You thrive in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • You can have fun at work and don’t take yourself too seriously

Responsibilities:

Formulating and scaling our strategy to increase topline performance across the region, while working closely with cross-functional teams to bring the strategy to execution
Identifying and gaining buy-in for investment opportunities within marketing and growth to maximize topline growth in a sustainable manner
Leading growth-related projects with multiple (senior) stakeholders , covering topics that range from individual growth channels to organization-wide initiatives.
Driving proactive responses to business-critical insights through an end-to-end understanding of our business performance and customer needs.
