Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The GTM Enablement Coordinator, Messaging, will develop and manage sales, CS, partner, and marketing collateral, focusing on aligning messaging across GTM functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and disseminate training materials and sales enablement collateral that reflect the company’s value proposition.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Fundraise Up’s ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create onboarding resources, documentation, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with GTM teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Develop training programs that include sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale and Solution Selling.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of the enablement initiatives to continuously refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with reps to showcase the value proposition of new features and drive product adoption.
  • Orchestrate the translation of new product and market developments and insights to valuable, revenue-driving collateral and learning programs.
  • Steer the development of standardized value proposition, positioning, motion, and acumen trainings based on a deep understanding of the customer and the market.
