QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or an equivalent role
  • Proven success driving operational support and strong collaboration skills and high emotional EQ
  • Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to make informed decisions
  • Proven track record of implementing and executing processes and procedures that can scale as business grows
  • Energetic team player that can partner with other leaders on the team while diving in with front line individuals
  • Excellent communication skills both up and downstream
  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute

Responsibilities:

  • GTM Field Request Triage: Manage incoming requests and address common field support needs such as reporting, tool support, etc.
  • Preliminary Discovery: Conduct preliminary investigations and gather necessary information for moving requests forward. Assist in identifying internal areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Tool Support: Provide troubleshooting, tool audits, bug fixes & updates, and impact analysis for new features.
  • Project & Program Support: Assist in various projects and programs, including SAO approvals, account changes, Asana tasks, and ad hoc project support.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales support processes, request investigation, and general troubleshooting techniques.
  • QA & Testing: Conduct quality assurance and testing activities for reporting, tools, and other relevant processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take proactive action to address issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide efficient and effective support to ensure smooth operations for our sales teams.
