Join Our Team as a Go-to-Market Specialist!
Are you ready to be the vital link between our Commercial teams and our exciting array of brands and products? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support our local teams, drive cross-channel execution, and foster a culture of success. If you’re passionate about fashion, accessories, marketing, and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
This role can be filled in one of our Fossil offices in Milton Keynes, Grabenstätt, Saverne or Vicenza and it is a 18-month maternity leave cover

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Information Gathering: Be the hub for relevant brand, product, and process knowledge, ensuring seamless communication within our country teams.
  • Strategic Coordination: Coordinate brand strategies and disseminate key information to our Commercial teams through a weekly newsletter, fostering alignment and synergy.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of official Go-to-Market tools to our Commercial teams, tailored to regional needs and reducing seasonal content overload.
  • Sales Tool Maintenance: Support the update and maintenance of essential sales tools like B2B platforms, ensuring accurate assortments and content.
  • Calendar Ownership: Take charge of our country Business Team calendar, keeping it updated with the latest brand and product information, and coordinating customer launches and campaigns.
  • Feedback and Collaboration: Constantly provide feedback, share best practices, and collaborate with our GTM manager and commercial brand team to drive continuous improvement and stimulate synergies.

Key Capabilities:

  • Business/Marketing Degree: A solid foundation in business or marketing is essential to excel in this role.
  • Passion for Fashion: An interest in fashion, accessories, marketing, and sales will fuel your success in this dynamic industry.
  • Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in one or more additional languages is a definite plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Cross-functional Experience: Experience in cross-functional and multicultural wholesale or retail environments will equip you for the diverse challenges of this role.
  • Product Management Knowledge: While not mandatory, familiarity with product and assortment management will be advantageous.
  • Proactive Mindset: The ability to multitask, stay process-oriented, and be a fast learner will ensure you thrive in our fast-paced environment.
