Responsibilities:
As Leadership & Engagement Manager within the Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) business you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the leadership community programme and key events throughout the year, as well as enabling employee voice and supporting our 2,000 GTS employee community online.
On a daily basis:
- You develop and deliver employee engagement plans and events in support of GTS business goals and agreed communications and engagement strategy
- You manage the end-to-end annual programme of events, managing and evolving our GTS leadership community of up to 100 leaders and ensuring that our databases and distribution lists are accurate
- You deliver up to 10 x 2hr virtual meetings, including agenda preparation, content development, technology and logistics management, speaker preparation, event and delegate management, and on-the-day technical support
- You partner with relevant colleagues, to lead the planning and project management of our programme of quarterly virtual town halls for GTS
- You are accountable for the end-to-end planning of two key GTS events each year
- You manage the GTS enterprise social networking (Viva Engage/Yammer community)
- You deliver an annual recognition plan encompassing employee awards within GTS
- You build, track and report on employee listening within GTS communication channels, linking to key themes and hypotheses from Group engagement survey
- You support key GTS engagement campaigns with content development and project management as needed
