The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for the operation and customer delivery of the hotel guest services to achieve the 5+star experience.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Be the key person within the Hotel with key VIP guests
  • Manage and escalate customer disputes or queries as required
  • Pass on feedback from guests to our front office staff
  • Recognise repeat guests and VIPs by meeting and greeting, gifts, cards
  • Monitor customer feedback on Trip Advisor and Market Matrix
  • Liaise with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure the best guest experience

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • Experience in Hotel operations (preferable)
  • Positive and professional personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven customer service experience in a fast paced environment ideally in Hotels/Tourism sector
