Currently, we are looking for a top-performing Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Clerk/Front Desk Agent.
We’re searching for a motivated individual eager to give excellent customer service to our hotel guests and ensure they have all they need during their stay. As the first person to greet customers, you will check guests in, make reservations, recommend local activities or restaurants, and arrange transportation. REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- One year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
- Knowledge of the local area to make recommendations for a variety of services
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
