Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive image for the resort.
- Assist in ticket sales, processing Snowsports lesson bookings, and handling inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Support Supervisors by coordinating shifts, updating reports, and providing assistance across departments as needed.
- Operate Point of Sale and EFTPOS systems proficiently, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of work areas, offering accurate information to guests and internal teams
