THE OPPORTUNITY
Mulpha Hospitality are currently recruiting for the Guest Services team at The Lane Retreat at the Iconic Bimbadgen Estate.
We are seeking Reception and Guest Service professionals with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for Hospitality. The Lane Retreat offers a cutting-edge Boutique Hotel offering with 60 brand new bungalows.
Working closely with the Senior Management team to assist in the day-to-day running of the Accommodation, this role will focus on providing engaging customer service across all parts of the business.

Responsibilities:
- To provide service excellence to all property guests in person and via phone and email communication to provide a great customer journey.
- Attention to detail to ensure a positive pre, during and post stay experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolving issues to ensure repeat business.
- Anticipate and address guests needs!
- Ensure that the pantry is always presented to the customer in the set standards
- Ensure that the accommodation rooms are always presented to the customer to the set standards. This includes assisting in housekeeping across the accommodation where needed.
- Provide customers in phone enquiries service excellence with the aim of growing property visitation
- Ability to work in pantry, making coffee, selling food and beverages and merchandising stock.
- Assist with housekeeping duties if required
