A Guest Services Executive with Conrad Hotels and Resorts builds relationships with Guests who visit the wellness facilities, including the Gymnasium, Swimming Pool & Spa, and offers proactive service and assistance to those individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Fitness Club Manager and the team to provide unparalleled service, ensuring guests have an extraordinary and memorable experience in all areas including the gym, spa, and pool.
  • Actively engage with guests, ensuring they feel exceptionally well-cared for, and their needs are anticipated and met with attention and care.
  • Contribute to creating an awesome experience for each guest, making their visit to each facility not just enjoyable, but truly unforgettable.
