Responsibilities:
As the Guest Services Manager, you serve as a role model for the Guest Services team, ensuring a seamless guest experience from their initial inquiry to check-out. In this role, you bring strong communication and leadership skills that are utilized to provide ongoing training and coaching to the guest services team, while also serving as the face of the resort in all guest interactions.
