QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree - Required
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in Leadership - Required
• 5 years’ experience in customer service - Preferred

• Manager Guest Services, Communications, Switchboard, and other guest service-related positions.
• Manage communication and integration efforts for exceptional service standards, ensuring consistent practice in all aspects of service.
• Manage the process for providing interpreters to limited English speaking and hearing impaired patients to ensure compliance with Franciscan Alliance policies.
• Monitor staff activities for compliance related to Patient Rights and Grievances.
• Supervise direct reports and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team.
• Gather, analyze and reports to evaluate and improve services.
• Meet and interact with management, clinical staff and others for optimal service.
• Lead the team to create, build and implement efficient operational processes and knowledge documentation and the development of coworkers and guests for transactions, processes and policies.
