Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Team Leader to oversee our Guest Services team in the Glasgow offices of a client in the financial services industry!
The role of the Guest Services Team Leader is to effectively oversee a small team of Guest Services Hosts based at the firms Glasgow offices.
You will be the first point of contact for all team members and will use your excellent coaching skills to create and cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring the delivery of world class customer service!
The successful candidate will be highly visible, as they work closely with the firm’s staff and their clients, as well as other service partners in the business, including contractors. This means that the successful candidate will be able to build relationships with people at all levels and represent our client as a proud ambassador.
The role is hands on, with the Team Leader being involved in all aspects of the reception and facilities services that our team provides including desk and meeting room bookings and locker allocation and maintenance. Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable, and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.
Being the first point of contact for all IT and AV assistance is also a key part of the successful candidates’ duties. They will ideally have the knowledge and experience in these areas to troubleshoot technical issues with the confidence of a “super user”.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am and 6pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £29,000
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience of working at a supervisory level, ideally within a corporate guest services environment.
Experience of setting up and using Audio Visual and IT equipment for meetings and video calls is desirable.
