Description:
Cognizant seeks an accomplished Guidewire Developer to lead in the design and development of Guidewire applications.
As a Guidewire Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions aligned with our clients’ business objectives.
As a Guidewire Developer, you can expect to:
- Lead the design and development of Guidewire applications, encompassing configuration, integration, and customisation of the company’s product suite
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements meticulously
- Provide technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers in best practices and ensuring successful project delivery
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior team members, and actively contribute to refining development processes.
