ROLE OVERVIEW:

Seeking an expert Lead Product Consultant/Business Analyst with a solid technical background in Business Scorecard Business Services, Guidewire - BillingCenter, and Guidewire - Policy Center. Additionally, domain skill experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred. Must have experience in configuration of integration components in Guidewire PC or BC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• As a Lead Product Consultant you will be responsible for providing guidance and support in the implementation and customization of our product suite.
• You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful product deployments.
• Additionally you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Must have experience in Configuration of integration components in Guidewire PC or BC
• Must have experience in practicing Business Driven Development technique.
• Must have experience in Configuration of screen layouts Guidewire Batch Guidewire predefined plugins enhancements to others and XML file changes.
• Analyze requirements for Solutioning through Guidewire either by using Out of the Box solutions in Guidewire platform or providing custom solutions.
• Participates in business workshops and provide solutions on technical changes.
• Understanding Business Requirements provided by the client and providing the work estimation.
• Preparing design documents for the Business requirements Coordinate and perform integration testing with QA and other dependent teams.
• Participate and provide technical input’s guidance in defect triage meetings.
• Involving in the development of critical user stories or enhancements.
• Involving in the issue fixing of the Problem Ticket and Incident Impact analysis and feasibility studies for the new business requirements.
• Coordinate Sprint planning code merge activities and demos Create knowledge base documents and hand over the changes to production support team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• As a Lead Product Consultant/Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing guide guidance and support in the implementation and customization of Guidewire products.
• Possesses deep technical knowledge of multiple aspects of assigned applications and broad technical knowledge of other aspects including overall system landscape interfacing applications and functional capabilities.
• You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture requirements design solutions and deliver high-quality products.
• Additionally you will provide technical leadership mentorship and training to junior team members.
• Performs research for very high complexity items Elicits requirements for very high complexity features Supports development and delivery of features fixes and releases.
• Guidewire Certification is preferred.
• Communicates status and details of items to relevant customers.
