MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Extensive Guidewire experience
• Expert knowledge on P & C Insurance domain
• Insurance Domain Certification like AINS 21/22/23
• Excellent analytical / communication skills
• Guidewire Specialist Certification

• Handling multiple stages of the project development from Estimation, design, and Development.
• Provide technical analysis support to Business analysts during requirement phase and testing team during system testing and stabilization.
• Requirement analysis and technical low-level design.
• Lead development of key and complex epic or stories
• Lead defect triage within POD, cross PODS or cross tracks and fix implementations.
• Deployments and testing support
• Coordinating with cross teams’ project development
• Guiding senior and junior developers in their assignments
• Code review focus on code quality.
• Sync up and collaboration within business SME, POD members, with BA and QA for the stories and epics assigned to the POD.
