About the Role
We are looking to recruit a charismatic Team Leader who will proactively help lead the Guinness Storehouse Visitor Experience team daily to deliver world-class experiences to all visitors. This role is around visitor operations, duty management, people management and development.
You will support the Visitor Experience Management team in delivering inspirational and motivating leadership to our large team with the aim of delivering exceptional customer service and creating engaging and tailored retail experiences for all visitors. This will involve promoting a customer first approach in order to generate enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and to ensure all are acting as ambassadors for Guinness and our Brand Home. You will also be actively involved in the staff training, development and offering coaching, while looking for ways of continuous improvement to ensure we are always market leading.
The Team Leader will be responsible for proactively lead the Visitor Experience team to deliver a friendly and professional welcome to all visitors.
This role will require weekend and evening work.
