JOB DESCRIPTION:

Capgemini is recruiting a full-time Guidewire Business Analyst in Toronto, Canada.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Guidewire PC modules, including Policy, Billing, and Claims.
• Understanding of insurance business processes, including policy administration, underwriting, and rating.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, and experience with technologies like XML, J2EE, and SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate optimally with business collaborators and technical teams.

• Lead or participate in the implementation of Guidewire PC software.
• Configure to meet business requirements, including defining policy types, coverages, rules, and workflows.
• Customize functionalities using Guidewire tools such as Gosu, XML, and J2EE.
• Integrate Policy Center with other systems and third-party applications as needed.
• Develop and implement test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the Policy Center system.
• Document business requirements, system configurations, and customizations.
