For our client - a company operating in Ireland, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands as a provider of E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) services and a contractor providing support for electrical projects and instrumentation and electrical installations in segments such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, food and beverage, data centers and industry and power distribution, we are looking for employees for the position of:
H&S Adviser (Health & Safety Advisor)

Zakres obowiązków
As a Health & Safety Advisor you will be concentrating to provide advice, support, deliver health and safety advice to the organization, and be the responsible for maintaining health and safety

THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS, ON RESILIENCE MATTERS:

• to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety and welfare to board
• to monitor and research new health and safety legislation and best practice givingguidance on the council’s implementation
• to regularly review and update the corporate health and safety policy and arrangements
• to advise on the implementation of risk assessments and safe methods of operation, supporting staff to conduct risk assessments
• attend Client meetings and represent the company at external meetings
• asities with Safety Management Team
• strong knowledge and experience of OHSMS systems / ISO 45001
• develop and maintain a training matrix for your project, ensuring compliance at all time with booking, attendance and tracking of data
• champion our Wellbeing, Mental Health and Environmental policies
• carry out audits, briefings, presentations and TBTs (Tool Box Talks) with our highly experienced crews
• maintain our site H&S Management System to a high standard
• carry out Accident/Incident/Near Miss investigations
• promote our SOR Programme (Site Observation Reports)
• compile and present monthly and yearly KPI reports (Key Performance Indicators)
• collaborate with our Main Contractor partners to ensure we continue to deliver the highest possible standards in Health & Safety
• lead by example in areas of Covid-19 Management, PPE compliance and attitude

• learn about, be aware of and implement new Health and Safety strategies, in particular, in relation to Heuristics, cognitive bias and people safetyall other duties associated with this role.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

• secondary education in the field with a degree in occupational safety and health technician or higher education in the specialty of occupational safety and health or postgraduate studies in the specialty of occupational safety and health,
• certificate “Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit” (FAS) is required
• verry good knowledge of English or German language skills
• good knowledge of German health and safety regulations
• professional knowledge in the field of OHS, risks, administration
• ability to conduct training
• ability to cooperate and share knowledge and experience
• resistance to stress
• internal and external customer orientation
• openness to change
