The Health and Safety department encompasses all aspects of compliance, data analysis, product documentation, and reporting within the H&S area and has many stakeholders in the organization, both locally and internationally.
With a drive to influence behavioural change, we are looking for a colleague who will play a key role in coordinating all aspects related to fostering a healthy environment culture and improve health and safety across our organization. Reporting directly to the Group Management team, you will play a key role in organising and coordinating our monthly H&S Forum. In close collaboration with the H&S officers of our business units on a Group level, you will be in charge of communicating new procedures and processes and therefore work closely with the Senior Management and the Health & Safety officers across the whole organization.

Responsibilities:

Within this challenging position, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Work actively with internal stakeholders in the review of H&S related projects and operations to ensure compliance with EU and local legislation;
  • Monitor changes to legislation and informing operations and management about developments on a Group level;
  • Manage HS documentation and update internal databases;
  • Update and maintain incoming incident reports;
  • Collection of data for reporting;
  • Assist in production, implementation and enhancement of H&S policies and programs;
  • Assist in HS activities such as internal audits and local workshops;
  • Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis;
  • Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions;
  • Assist in the Conduction of risk assessment;
  • Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety;
  • Ad hoc projects.
